What We Cost

 
Important information:  you will not be asked for payment from Off2CollegeTours.com until the Preliminary Itinerary is emailed to you (at which point we'll direct you to our Shopping Cart).

Charges that will be incurred after you receive the Preliminary Itinerary are as follows:

• US $89.00 for each school, with a three (3) school minimum (US $267.00) due prior to constructing Itinerary
• Deposit:  if touring 4 or more schools, a deposit of US $356.00 (for the first four (4) schools) is due prior to our
taking steps for school activity reservations or providing links to our Travel Partner's website (Expedia Affiliate
Network - EAN) for travel/accommodation choices (as outlined in Step 2 - Our Service)
• US $59.00 per appointment for scheduling Admissions Office/Department or sports-Coach meetings, or         Department Information Session/Tour
 • US $59.00 for each change to Itinerary made due to Clients' altering list of schools or tour dates once 
Preliminary Itinerary is generated and school reservations have been made.
 • US $39.00/day for Public Transport Routing in cities where rapid transit and buses are an important tool
for urban travel (think Boston, New York City, Washington, DC)
• US $100.00 for "Rush Orders" (for Itineraries that commence in 8-14 days from time of order)
• US $250.00 for "Rush Orders" (for Itineraries that commence in 1 - 7 days from time of order)

Note:  Please be advised that once you reserve your travel arrangements through Expedia Affiliate Network (EAN), you may incur costs from EAN if those reservations are changed.  These charges would be due to EAN - we are only a travel affiliate of theirs.  As you will be dealing directly with EAN for reserving travel arrangements, you will be subject to their Terms, Conditions and Notices (click link to view EAN's policy).  Any charge assessed by Off-2-CollegeTours for Clients' changes to the Itinerary information are outlined above.

Also, please note that Off-2-CollegeTours assumes no responsibility or liability for such factors as weather, road conditions due to weather, construction or any other reason that may alter the ability of Clients to complete Itinerary generated by Off-2-CollegeTours, and that Off-2-CollegeTours assumes no responsibility or liability due to schedule changes or availability due to actions of the colleges and universities where Off-2-CollegeTours has made reservations on Client's behalf.


We build each Itinerary from scratch; each tour is unique.
