Who we are: Planning an east coast college tour with his son, Company founder Murray Miller realized the work-tools he'd developed over 25+ years in the entertainment industry could be adapted to the situation then at-hand. Location Managing films and television programs, he had been researching distant locales online, coordinating flight, hotel and rentals cars once there, and planning logistics to move 150-member film crews and a small army’s worth of equipment around the country. Using this professional skill-set for his son's school visits (albeit on a slightly smaller scale), Murray found the process time-consuming and sometimes frustrating - and this was something he knew how to do. Talking with other parents who struggled through the same experience, Murray realized his talents might be of benefit to others - and Off-2-CollegeTours was born. |
